Developed in 2007 this was one of the earlier v-mount kits available. Presently there has been over 100 kits sold without any reported failures. This kit is made for the 1993 to 2002 mazda Rx7. The intercooler size supports up to 500hp comfortably. With full side ducting the intake and coolant temps are dramatically reduced compared to stock or front mount intercooler systems. Many customers have tracked and raced this system with excellent results. Built with OEM quality in mind, the intercooler and radiator are fully rubber supported for a lifetime crack free design. Very easy install with no modifications needed on the chassis. The stock battery will not fit, we have managed to use a PC680 battery but recommend a relocated full size battery. The stock A/C can be retained with our optional A/C brackets, but modifications are required to the a/c lines. This kit works with factory twin turbo systems with purchase of the optional hot pipe. Cold side intercooler pipe included and intended to be used with a Greddy intake elbow. Stock fans can be used with minor trimming and connector extending.
